Unfortunately no, the two associations are independent and even though the chapter is associated the membership does not transfer. At the moment, all it means is that we can use DAMA International IP and that our board is invited to take part in decisions about DAMA International. In the future we might be able to negotiate discounts on DAMA International material and the possibility to make exams locally.
No but some events have closed number and members have priority. Also for some paid events discounts are provided for members.
